If you’re planning to watch the Barcelona-Real Madrid match this Sunday, October 25, you have several streaming options available whether you have cable or prefer to cut the cord.
EL CLÁSICO, one of sports’ oldest rivalries dating back to 1902, features two competitive teams. Over their 264 previous encounters, Barcelona and Real Madrid have each won 106 times with 52 draws. This 265th meeting at Spotify Camp Nou in Barcelona kicks off at 4 p.m. ET and 1 p.m. PT.
Broadcast Networks and Official Streaming Platforms
The match airs across two networks: ABC in English and ESPN Deportes in Spanish. For online streaming in both languages, ESPN Unlimited offers the official broadcast through its service.
Free Trial Options for Cord-Cutters
Several streaming services provide free trial periods, allowing you to watch without a subscription commitment. DirecTV offers a five-day free trial and includes access to ABC, ESPN networks, and ESPN Deportes. The service costs $59.99 per month for the first month, then $89.99 monthly.
Fubo also provides a five-day free trial for new subscribers. The service starts at $63.99 for the first month, then $88.99 per month afterward, and includes more than 230 channels including ABC and ESPN Deportes, with access across smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, and web browsers.
Hulu + Live TV bundles the match broadcast with Hulu and Disney+ subscriptions. Pricing begins at $49.99 for the first month, then $99.99 per month after, providing access to more than 100 live channels plus ESPN Unlimited, which carries ESPN Deportes.
Paid Streaming Without Trials
ESPN Unlimited, the official ESPN streaming platform, requires a subscription but no free trial. Monthly access costs $31.99, or you can purchase an annual subscription for $319.99 per year. The service includes all ESPN networks and on-demand original programming.
Sling TV offers the Blue plan with more than 40 broadcast and cable channels including ABC for $54.99 per month. Adding Sling Sports Extra for ESPN Deportes costs an additional $11 per month. All plans include free cloud DVR storage and access to free channels.
Important Considerations
Pricing and channel availability vary by market, so verify your local options before signing up. If you’re using a free trial, confirm the trial period ends after the match date to avoid unexpected charges. Services typically require payment information upfront even for trials.
Barcelona enters the match with a 9-0-0 record and 27 points, while Real Madrid holds a 7-0 record with 21 points in their respective league standings.
